whirlpool washers opinions
Frontloading Clothes washer n dryer shopping?
We need durable, affordable, easy to use, and lots of options.
O, and something that actually Cleans. I hear todays dryers are done in a timely manner. Our current set is about 10 yrs old.
Anyone buy a new set lately? Im kinda whirlpool biased, but i would like peoples opinions. I wash all my & baby’s clothing in delicate, the guy’s stuff heavy duty (their in construction). We have 2 big dogs, and a TON of laundry every week.
Im a very thrifty shopper, and as always out for the best value. I dont have any prob paying a little more for a product thats worth it.
Also ive heard you have to use ‘premium soap’ with the new models? What is premium? i like gain, or all. i hate tide, but is non-premium just store brand (like target)?
thanx for the answers. We dont own clothes that have to be ironed or drycleaned (ok i do but only for emergencies:weddings, etc) We live in the US, so please ‘translate’ if ur in the UK or elsewhere! THANK you so much for the answers!
i have a front load washer and dryer…i have had them for about a year and a half..we paid about 1600 for the both of them..they are great..you have to use he for high effeciency machines takes less soap…gain does make it as does tide wisk and cheer..doesnt really cost anymore than any other detergent bottles are just alot smaller cause it takes a lot less…i wash everything in mine huge blankets..and i do about ten loads of laundry a week for a family of four…we are some clothes wearing people let me tell you …the washer is sensor dry or time..i do time when i do sheets or blankets because if they get balled up ..they are still wet sometimes in the middle of the ball on sensor dry….on the washer it has quick wash up to super dirty and super wring out the clothes..not what it says on the washer but thats what they mean..lol..i have to go check the brand i think they are maytag neptunes…they are…i had a whirlpool set for about 8 years…and this washer gets at least the same plus another half load into it…and i had a fairly large washer…i like mine well worth everything i paid for it
